I'm a student at CofC who is URGENTLY looking to have someone take over my lease starting in December, as I am going abroad. Its right on CofC campus and a 19-minute walk to MUSC. It also has King Street access. 1 roommate, female, but is super nice. There is no set end date, so if you wish to resign with yugo this is possible and a great way to skip the Yugo Waitlist.
